Happy for another day!

Well Chapman did not win the series so they came home yesterday and Grampy met them at the bus. Now he will have to find something else to do as baseball season is over for him at Chapman. Don't think that will be a problem as he can always find something to do between physical thearapy,reading, yard work etc. We took care of Emeri on Saturday -Sunday. She is an active 15 month old. Really walking pretty well now but gets places much faster crawling. Kept me very busy but lots of fun and love having her. Just wish all my others were as close.
Katie and Matt come over this weekend for dinner so I get to hug those babies and watch them grow. Only a few more weeks and I can see the rest of my favorite big and little people.

Grampy has been watching the Chapman baseball games from Appleton, Wis. They are in the world series of div.lll. They won the first game and lost the second one so they have a double header today. guess you know what grampy will be doing all day. kind of neat because he can go on the web page and watch the whol game live.
Emeri spent the night with us last night and I had alot of fun with her. A fun day!

This is Emeri this afternoon when grampy and I got to take care of her.
Rob surprised Breanne with a massage, facial and all of those very relaxing treats and then took her shopping. All of this on his birthday! Her birthday is Saturday so guess this was an early birthday present. Tonight they are going to Rob's sisters for dinner and celebrate his birthday there. Emeri will not leave the bow in her hair but I had fun trying. oh well! it looked cute for awhile. She is taking a nap right now and I can hardly wait for her to wake up so we can play. It has been a fun day.

With a family as big a ours we do have alot of very special days. Today is Emeri's daddy's birthday. Sooo Happy Birthday Rob. We are so glad that you are our grandson and that you married our Breanne and gave us a precious great grandaughter.
They are coming over this morning and I get to have Emeri for a few hours while they have some time to do something special. Love it!!!!!

Julianne do you remember making this picture? The date was January 30, 1991. You were at my house and you colored this picture. There are curtains at the windows and flowers in the front yard. A yellow tree! It was winter so the color is probably correct .

Happy Mother's Day

I am the most blessed grammy in the whole world. I have 3 sons (all very different) that have many talents in different fields and interests. I have 13 wonderful, beautiful, intelligent, giving,loving, talented, perfect grandchildren. I have 21 precious great grandbabies. Then of course I have 2 daughters that are the loving wives of 2 of my sons and they are my daughters too! Of course I need to include all of the husbands and wives of my grandchildren because they are special and I love them as they are my kids too! So you see why I am so blessed and how could anyone be more grateful for them all, than I am. Life is wonderful and it just gets better everyday. Today the sun is shining and it is a happy day. Thank you all for being the children that you are to me and know that I love you all with all of my heart.

Happy late birthday

Yesterday was Ethan's SIXTH birthday. He is really growing up. I am sorry I am a day late in blogging this but I am sure that you have probably blogged Elliott's blog. If not you can get pictures and the story about Ethan's birthday. Time is going quickly and it is hard to believe that my great grandchildren are growing up so fast. Of course that is the way it is supposed to be and even though the little ones are so adorable we can't keep them that way for long. Big ones are pretty cute too and are soooo special. So Happy Late Birthday Ethan. Your great grammy loves you very much.

We have alot of birthdays!!!!! The Matthew Parkers came over last night for the first Sunday if the month dinner and of course we had to have a birthday cake. Annie and Jack put on the candles and they all sang Happy Birthday and helped to blow them out. They are so cute and it is such a special time to have them here. Just wish all of the other grands and great grands could be here too.
